Delivery, payment, return policy
For the delivery of orders, we choose services that we trust. They are: Nova Poshta (Kyiv and Ukraine), Ukrposhta (Ukraine and international shipments).
1.1 You can receive your order at Nova Poshta office or arrange a courier delivery to your address. The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the carrier. Please note that if you pay for the order upon receipt, you will need to pay for the postpaid service at the carrier's rates.
1.2 International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta.
The cost of delivery depends on the recipient's country and the product.
You can pay for your order in any convenient way:
2.1 Cashless payment on the website with any Visa or MasterCard card - this will save you time when receiving the parcel.
2.2 Non-cash or cash payment upon receipt of the order at the carrier's office.
2.3 Non-cash or cash payment, in the case of address delivery by the carrier.
3. Exchange and return
3.1 If you purchased a product and something went wrong with it, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will accept your request and exchange the product or refund it within 14 days of receiving the product.
3.2. The product must be in good condition. To do this, keep the original packaging and labels, and do not open or use the product. Remember that goods of appropriate quality, defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172, are not subject to exchange or return.
3.3 Also, please check the package at the post office, and if you notice any damage, contact a branch employee to draw up the appropriate document. Please note that we are always on your side and will try to help you at our earliest convenience!
